  24. CONTRACTING PARTY IS ONLY INTERESTED IN THE RESULTS OBTAINED BY

  26. RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL TOOLS AND MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR
  27. PERFORMANCE OF THE TASKS AGREED TO.
